The Petzl Laser Speed is an ultra-high-performance ice screw with integrated crank. It varies from its predecessor by way of three teeth, rather than the usual four- making the screw much easier to place in the ice.

The integrated folding crank gives an optimised lever/handle, making it easier and faster to place the screws. Finally, colour-coding helps identify the length of a screw.
